Q. Is there only Japanese
though you name it "US dojin"?
A. Our main target are readers in
Japan. Naturally, speaking, writing, and understanding
Japanese culture is absolutely necessary. In addition, this is
our first project, so we are preferring Japanese artists who already
have experience.
Q. I am non-Japanese who speak Japanese, able
to write/type Japanese with my computer, and live in North America.
Am I eligible?
A. If
you are able to make manga, illustrations, or any sort of report
(with MS Word or other tools) with using Japanese text and have
certain knowledge of Japanese/North American dojin, then you are
definitely eligible. Please submit your work via our site's
mail form.
* Currently, we have met our
quota of maximum participants. Please try again at our next
opportunity! *
Q. I do live in somewhere beside America or
Canada. May I participate?
A. No. This project is mainly focused on the
"English-speaking dojin culture" in North America.
If you
live outside of the mainland US, you are still allowed to
participate.
In addition, you may participate if you have
experience living in US and/or Canada for more than one
year.
Q.
I am underage. May I still participate?
A. You can still apply for the project, but we
encourage you to wait until you get older.
If you have a
lot of enthusiasm, please feel free to send us your work, and we'll
see what might happen.
